well now that the new princiaple has already been anounced its hard to answer this question but i will pretend that the new principle has not been anocuced and say the qualitys and charictersistcs the person i think should have.
i belive that first and foremost the principle shoudl be a people person . becuase when the princiapl is walking around the school and he know and says hi to every one staff and students it give this the school a more homey and safe atmispher to it and i belive that would be a nice aspect to add to herndon.
also i belive the principle should be a leader as well as a manager.. this is becuese for the school to grow both in its operrations and standards of operations the prinmciple shoudl be well versed in the maniging of the school but also he needs to be a leader so that way the people he works along side with will grow as people and some day beable to take and fill postions in the school system to there fullist abilitys .
the principle shoudl also be willing to go the extra mile for the school and its student body , i belive his goals should be focusd primarily on the students and facaluty and his prime concern should be geting all the students to graduate and helping them grow and become succesefull in life.
i belive a princiaple who is able to do these simple things wpuld be a great fit for herndon

3 the cartoon deals with the issue of turture relating to the two difrant aproches bush and now obamma have on turture. turture to be used to extract information form criminals and suspected terrorist.
4 i belive the cartoons mesage is to portray obammas new plan to get if hands wrapted around the tourture issue by exposing the real facts of what has been happing and the pulling of the publics legs and the deceptions the gonvemnet under bush played in the media about turtue but now obamma is revealing the issue and promonting change and new legislation
5 i dissagree withe cartoon in that i belive that there are certain in humane things that the goverment needs to beable to do if it is posible that some one has time sensitive information . now grantit i would not want to be tortured but i will say that if i was to be tourtured and it ment that it was a method of saveing millions of lives by preventing a tragic event to ocurr i belive that is a small sacrfice to pay for all thoughs lives in america.

Adding Afghanistan troops could cost $500,000 per person
IMportant back ground : rigth now the united state is in a on going war with the terrist cells in the a nation of Afghanistan. the united states is debating sending more troops ver in to the war zone to combat the clans and try to re oganize the structure of the country.
summray of the article: the united state says that it cost upwards of 500000 dollers to keep a single service menber over in the warzone the pebtagon estimates spending another 20 billion dollaars to send troops over currentlt there are 8000 marine and 480000 soldiers over in affganistan the genaral mycrsystal says most of the new troops would be used to rienforce kandahar provinces and to provide sooport against taliban in the north
response i dont have much of a oppion on the war partly becuase the media nowadays is not spending considral amounts of time covering the story on the war and troops. my feeling is more towards a conservitive amerika i belive we ajust pissing off the world more by trying to save the aganistans when it just seam like we think we are number one and that we need our noses in every thing

will i vote when i am 18 ?
i belive that wehn i am at the age of 18 years old i will go forward and rejister to vote. i will probaly not vot in every single election that i can meaning i wil not likey vote in local election despite the fact that local election most likey mean the most chaneg for me .. but i will vote for the president in the insuing elections for the rest of my life i belive it is a important thing to do as a citizen and i wil treat it as a privlage .
