i belive that the bigist political issue facing virgina today is the state transportation system that ar obvissly inadiquet rigth now, i belive the interstat 95 needs to be ither expanded or a new rout must be built in conjuction wiht the road. or mabye even install a comuter train that runs form DC down to rchmond and down to norfolk these two sections of road both 95 and interstae 64 need to greatly expanded to acomadat the growht of poulation aswell as bussnes.along with these to routs the state should also invest in a improved route to roanoke which also is a rapidly growing area. this is a major issue becuase the state realy does have this problem but there are few ways to pay for the improvemnts with out taking money out of other programs or by raiseing the taxes this is why it will be so hard to adress this political issue in todays virgiana

letter grade dealing with health care
i would give obama's a B this is becuase even thought health care is such a huge issue he is the first notable president to to actiivly push for a change that will hopefully impact our geniration in a positive way for provide health care opertnitys for the less fortunite

on the topic of dealing with the economic downturn i would give obamma a B as well the reason not a full A is becuase it will be a slow process to have our econnomy recover and even though we have pulle our selves out of the whole a hole year worth so far we have long way to go and he had promises change woul dhappen much faster than it has and there are millions who have not felt the impact of anny of his policys yet

on the issue of the war on terror i would give him a D becuase he has been indecisive on policys about the war there are still debates in his cabnet that are split between addmore troops or pulling out and no real objective desicoin has been made in this area in my understanding

I belive that a current political issue is the right to vote being at age 18. in our current society ten years ago a 15 year old would not know anything about a ongoing election. but now with the socital push for children to growup faster and faster i belive a 15 year old would be able to figure out who they thougth was the best canidatet and vote unbiased. with all the comunications systems we have today it is would be a normal progresion to lower the voteing age.
